Where to start?

Edited:
The very first step is to ask yourself- Do I want this and how much I am ready to give? Don't forget to give yourself an answer. When you have an answer it means you have made kind of promise to yourself and it means you can't cheat, you can't give up other ways you let yourself down.

In my opinion the most important step before every practice, before every small battle you going to fight with yourself is preparation. If you do it right and with high responsibility to your body, the half of the job for the day is done.
This is the most important step- Connect your mind with your body. Feel every muscle you are stretching, feel your inside temperature and adrenalin pumping into your veins. Feel the running difference between warming up and condition training. Feel the asphalt, dirt, grass or what ever it is under your feet. Feel the texture of your running suit. Feel the air around you and sunlight on your skin. Understand why are you doing this. Simply saying feel your body. If you still haven't discovered the limits of your body, do that! No one else can do it for you and no one will do it. Why don't start today? You have to live with yourself until rest of your life. Do it when you feel ready for it.

You can't lift a thumb up without a signal sent from your brain. You think you can? Well, some things we do unconsciously like heartbeats.. Mine beats all the time since 1989. Unconsciously. The body keeps us alive, we are what are we eating, and what we are doing for activities. It's not the body who decides, it's our minds. So powerful, don't you think? Control your mind and be good to yourself, your body, your heartbeat. Feel yourself!
"Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live. " // Jim Rohn

It's important to feel good. There will be bad days, I have them too, but don't forget about yourself. Sleep enough, feed yourself what you think is best for you, keep the eating schedules, develop yourself and mind. Mind is a powerful weapon. Use it wisely.

Remember, even in bad day you can do your best. (Read: How to give your best performence)

Is the coach a good guy or bad one?

" He was my coach and I was his goalkeeper." /A.Irbe

In my opinion, during the practice and a game the coach is like your father. The person you can trust and you are the person been trusted. Playing in a team makes us a big family. In women team it's relationship called "sisters and father" in men team it's " brothers and father" relationships. I haven't played in team jet where the coach is a women, but I hope one day I will experience it too. The both kinds should be quite similar to my understanding about this relationships, but I might be wrong.

Daughter and Father relationship.
As a player you have to show your best to get the sympathies and trust from the coach's side. The coach, the father, have to accept and see your abilities and skills, give feedback when it's necessary and keep the communication on air for all the time. For a player it's important to listen and catch this information to get and reach the perfection, easily saying become the best or most valuable player as a defender, forward or goalie during the strive to excellence. (read: How to give your best performance) Everything you do, you do it for yourself and your development not because someone else said than you have to, but than you said it to yourself than you just have to do it to come closer to your best performance.

To be a coach is a seriously tough role. As a coach you have to see all your "daughters" working together and find the best match. As a coach you have to see the personality of each other girl, have to find the way how to talk with them and find the way how to get out of them what you want or what you see in your vision. As a coach you have to know and have to see the skills, ambitions and goals in every player.

As a coach you have to love every player as the way they are like their father. And every player should reach for perfectionism in self to become the best in action and communication with leaders and "sisters". Not only the coach have to see the skills in others, not only the coach have to give a feedback.

The all community of one Team is like a spider web or two or three spider webs together. Depends how big community is. There will always be the crossing, matching point for every part of that web. At the matching point all kind of communications comes together and every thread in this web is so important. Tighten together it becomes so strong than it's almost impossible to broke it. That's what makes perfectionism of the Team.

One day I feel like I want to become a coach. And my answer to this question is: There is no good or bad coach. Coach is a person surrounded by players and his coaching is equal to players ambitions and power of will to become best. (?)Is there bad coaching? If there is, would you (as a coach) call yourself a coach if you wouldn't do your best same as players do? (Do players do their best? )
Coach is a person who decides this role (to be good or bad one). The person who asks and wants so much for perfectionism than sometimes he have to give up on it and try to push, get out of others maximum they are ready to give. I might say sometimes as a player we forget to give more understanding to them and show more power of will. Coach is a team player. Same as all of us. We are here to give our 100%. Same as they. Respect that too!

How to give your best performance?

It's simple. Actually everything is simple. It just takes a lot of small steps to end up there.

My answer is: Do what you love, love what you do. Do your best every time you do it.
We know everyone gets a bad days. Remember, even in bad days you can do your best. Fight the little battles with yourself and you will be closer to your goal- the vision/ inside feeling you see yourself at the top.

Pure your mind. Don't think about anything other than just your success. No one else can be involved in this game, if someone does, it means the competition, and where starts competition, envy gets involved. When envy gets involved, you may start to "step over the dead" and if you do that afterwards someone will do the same to you. It sometimes may take a time, but it always comes back to you sooner or later. So,  "Don't treat the others the way you don't want to be treated."
This is game you have to win over yourself. Just you. Your performance.
Compete with yourself, make the new goals, believe and say to yourself: I can do this! I will do this! I want to do this! I am doing it! I am on it! It doesn't matters how many small steps or battles you have to fight with yourself, how long time it may takes, just go ahead to your goal! Stretch your hand up in a sky and reach for the greatness, reach for the stars and imagine yourself standing with head held high, closed eyes, nose pointing into the sky, your other hand on your heart and your lips mumbling: I am here. I did it. I am on the top! I am touching the star. I am that star! Feel the greatness! Imagine!

You know you can be there, right!? Up in the sky. But sky's not the limit.
